You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return for any reason — change of mind, wrong item, damaged, or faulty.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

 

Unworn

 

In original condition

 

Free from scratches, marks, or signs of use

 

Returned with original packaging, including any boxes, pouches, cleaning cloths, or certificates

 

 

These conditions exist to protect you and ensure all customers receive brand-new jewellery.

Change-of-Mind Returns

 

Changed your mind? No worries.

 

If the item meets the return conditions above, you’re eligible for a refund to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

 

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, we’ll fix the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Change-of-mind returns: Customer pays return postage.

 

Faulty/damaged/incorrect items: We pay return postage.

Refund Processing Time

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to release the funds.

Exchanges
